We also understand the traditional ladder in production – how a PA might spend years before moving into a production coordinator role, then to associate producing, and eventually producing (and all the jobs along the way).  But because we’re producing multiple films a year, we see this as a unique opportunity for our crew to rise faster.  Those who show initiative, passion, and reliability will find doors opening more quickly here than in a more segmented studio system.

We believe in cultivating a production family – a group of creatives and crew who grow together, project after project.  When someone joins us, they’re not just filling a role; they’re stepping into an environment where they’ll be exposed to all aspects of the moviemaking process.  From development and scripting, to shooting and post-production, we want everyone on our sets to have the opportunity to understand the full picture, to the extent they want to learn.
