Ryan Elliott
Founder, Lead Strategist, Chief Steward
Ryan has two passions besides his faith and family: Making movies and managing money. After completing almost 10 years in the US Air Force, first as enlisted and then as a Logistics Officer, Ryan worked in various aspects of film, television, and media production to pursue his lifelong love of stories. Eventually he joined Ameriprise Financial in 2016, where he studied for and received his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He later went to JP Morgan/Chase in 2018, and Merrill Lynch in 2023. Ryan has developed proprietary investing tools, which he uses to identify reliable market entry and exit points. Having personally seen behind the curtain at major investment firms, Ryan was confident going independent allowed the greatest opportunity to help clients build wealth and protect their assets. Utilizing his knowledge and experience, he established Bullish Film Fund in 2025 to help film investors hedge their investments in the risky and highly unpredictable film industry.

Film Production
All films will be developed through Bullish Films, an independent film production company with the sole purpose of producing film projects funded through Bullish Film Fund.
Producing a film requires a team of professionals, so Bullish Films will onboard multiple seasoned independent producers to collaborate on project selection and production.
We also look forward to working closely with distributors at every phase of development to ensure each project’s marketability and viability.
